VanOpdorp. The primary goal of the company is to empower
independent artists as well as those artists' fans.
Interlude empowers the independent artists by:
- Giving them a marketplace to sell their music on their own
terms
- Giving them a fair cut of the sales, thereby
- Allowing them to make more money with lower sales volume,
which effectively
- Levels the playing field, allowing independent artists to make
a living right alongside major label artists
Interlude empowers the music fans by:
- Giving them an alternative marketplace to find and buy music
- Allowing them to preview substantial portions of the album
before making a purchase decision

super low-quality mp3s)
- Offering multiple popular file formats
- Selling music at a fair price
- Offering digital booklets with albums, which includes artwork
and liner notes
