| The music produced by Diads on
their first album, Make
You Dirty, has been described as electronic, dark, ambient,
melodic, groovy, and at times, dirty.
The two members of this band have taken advantage of
today’s technology, collaborating in a long-distance musical
relationship between
Minneapolis
and
Rock Island
,
IL
for much of the process. The
result is a collection of songs that seems somehow alternative
and accessible at the same time – a diverse album with a range
of emotions and soundscapes.
The process seems to be working, as it has fueled a work
ethic worthy of attention in its own right.
The two are working hard as we speak to produce the
follow up to their debut album.
